In addition to innovative solutions and high speed, our customers and partners also expect security and reliable contact persons. For this reason, a proper business organization is obligatory for us. Within this business organization, we have established a compliance management system that pursues the following objectives:

1. Permanent compliance with laws and regulations to be observed, regulatory requirements and generally recognised standards, as well as rules set by the company itself
2. Avoid liability, sanction and reputation risks
3. Protecting the interests of our customers, partners and employees

In order to prevent possible damage, infringements in the company must be detected at an early stage. This is the only way to initiate countermeasures in good time. One way of early detection is to send confidential information to the compliance function.

You can also send us a note anonymously. We have provided an encrypted mail form for this purpose. Since no queries are possible with an anonymous report, please pay attention to the complete and for third parties’ comprehensible description of the situation.  

ELEMENT takes every hint seriously and checks the facts. Violations will not be tolerated. At the same time, however, we also protect affected persons from denunciation by unprovable or implausible information. Please note that Compliance does not handle complaints. To this end, we have established an independent complaints management system.
